We currently have a vacancy for a Business Analyst fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert remotely. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team.Your tasks

• Analysis and documentation of business requirements;
• Business model analysis and business process analysis;
• Functional requirements and business cases analysis;
• Business processes modelling and risk analysis;
• Assistance in Business cases, Vision documents, Project Charters and Security Plans.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 13 years;
• Must have prior experience in the banking sector, with emphasis on resolution activities;
• Must have participated in developing crisis management applications;
• At least 2 years of experience in architecture and design of information systems;
• At least 2 years of experience in the development of information systems;
• At least 2 years of experience with UML or CASE tools;
• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment;
• Experience with relational databases as well as web technologies;
• Experience with Agile software development (refactoring, test-driven development, user story modelling);
• Experience in UX analysis;
• Good knowledge of information systems matters;
• Good knowledge of large organization administrative business processes;
• Good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.);
• Good knowledge of BPMN or UML or other with equivalent value;
• Good knowledge of Wiki and collaborative sites;
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g. RUP, Agile);
• Strong capacity in preparing and writing business analysis as well as giving high-level presentations in an international/multicultural environment;
• Excellent command of the English language.
