Due to the nature of the client we are recruiting for we require successful BA’s to undergo SC clearanceA leading consultancy organisation is currently looking to add to their growing practice by recruiting x4 Business Analysts. The successful business analyst will work with business stakeholders to define their requirements, translate these into user stories, and define acceptance criteria. You will be expected to work with solution architects and other technical SME to deliver end-to-end solutions playing a pivotal role in projects and part of a multi-disciplinary agile scrum team.Experience

• Working on user-centred product or service development projects.

• Working in a technical environment. Comfortable working closely with solution architects and other technical subject matter experts supporting technical requirements.

• Defining business process changes

• Working in a multi-disciplinary agile scrum team, facilitating, and supporting the end-to-end delivery.

• Supporting and developing other BAs through activities such as mentoring

• The use of ALM Tooling

Skills

• Understand the architecture and the technologies being used to deliver a solution.

• Be the intermediary between business requirements and solution design.

• Facilitate workshops, solve complex problems, writing documents, deliver compelling messages.

• Support and lead scrum team activities and ceremonies to ensure delivery of team goals.

• Build collaborative stakeholder relationships with a range of colleagues and clients.

Expected salary

£50000 – 55000 per year
