We currently have a vacancy for a Business Analyst (HR Transformation) fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team.Your tasks:

• Assistance in the mapping of the HR business processes;
• Assistance in the identification of priorities for process optimisation;
• Analyse identified process and make proposals to optimise and redesign workflows aiming for fast, flexible, efficient and client-centric processes;
• Contribute to the implementation of the HR Transformation program;
• Contribute to the functional specifications of the new HR IT Platform;
• Participate in working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the users and the team in charge of the HR Transformation program.

Requirements

• University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with 11 years of relevant working experience in IT;
• Experience in process improvement / business process management, ideally in the human resources field;
• Experience in HR transformation;
• Experience with Business Process modelling and modelling tools;
• Practical experience with BPMN modelling using Aris;
• Experience in implementing Human Capability Management solutions in large organizations is an asset;
• Experience in implementing HR Service delivery platforms is an asset;
• Experience in the Public Sector is an asset;
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture is an asset;
• Excellent command of the English language, French is an asset.
