Business Analyst in Charlotte, North Carolina

Job Description

An employer is looking to identify a Business Analyst in the local Charlotte, NC area. You will work with cross-functional teams and business units to question, understand, and provide business process improvements via automation. You will partner with the process owners to develop a deep end-to-end understanding of processes targeted for automation and outline the impacted processes and business requirements. Also be able to identify scope, benefits, constraints, and risks for RPA automation initiatives, capture and document current state manual processes. You are responsible to identify automation opportunities, define value proposition and re-engineer processes using RPA tools and with RPA technical team members to facilitate the planning and execution of RPA projects.

Skills and Requirements

3-5 years of Business Analyst Experience

Understanding or Experience with Robotic Process Automation – RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, NICE, etc)

Great communicator and build relationship with stakeholders Process Mining (Flow models, process diagrams, business processing etc) null
