Description

We are looking for an Operations Analyst to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. This role will be pivotal in utilizing data-driven decision-making to identify key performance metrics, trends, and areas for improvement. The Operations Analyst will play a key role in strategic planning and implementation, cross-functional collaboration, and innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced analysis on data to identify key performance metrics and trends

• Develop actionable strategies based on data insights to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness

• Actively participate in the strategic planning process and contribute data-driven insights to shape operations

• Collaborate with various teams to implement strategies and track their effectiveness through well-defined KPIs

• Partner with the Business Insights team to ensure consistency and accuracy in data reporting

• Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, understanding their needs and providing them with relevant data insights for informed decision-making

• Initiate and lead projects that explore innovative ways to use data in enhancing our services and operational processes

• Stay ahead of industry trends in digital mental health and data analysis, bringing new ideas to the table for continuous operational improvement

• Work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional team

• Handle rapidly changing scenarios and work with minimal supervision.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira, Database, EO/IR systems, Gap Analysis, Informatica, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Business Process Functions, Business Requirement Document, and Design

Requirements • Possess at least one year of relevant experience in the role of a Business Analyst.

• Proficient in using Atlassian Jira for project management and tracking.

• Have a strong understanding of Database management and EO/IR systems.

• Demonstrated experience in performing Gap Analysis to identify improvements in business processes.

• Skilled in using Informatica for data integration and management.

• Familiarity with AB Testing methodologies in a business context.

• Experience working in Agile Scrum environments and understanding of its principles.

• Knowledge of Business Process Functions and ability to streamline them for efficiency.

• Capable of creating and maintaining a Business Requirement Document to guide project execution.

• Ability to contribute to the Design phase of projects and provide valuable inputs.
