Senior Business Analyst

Robert Half Technology is working with our not-for-profit client’s and we are presently seeking a mid to senior level Business Analyst equipped with QA testing skills. 100% REMOTE Client would prefer someone in Chicago area since they have an all-hands meeting 1 time per quarter.

Requirements

Your primary responsibilities:

• Work on new enhancements and upgrades of our website and mobile applications.

• Conduct manual QA testing, including regression and UAT testing activities, once enhancements and features are complete.

• Collaborate closely with a dedicated QA team member, business teams, and two onshore outsourced Development teams.

• Use JIRA to track test cases and defects; experience with similar tools is acceptable.

• Work in an Agile environment; our client presently uses Kanban.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

• Experience functioning as a business analyst and conducting QA duties for Web and Mobile (iOS and Android) applications.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with Agile work environment preferably Kanban, but similar experience is acceptable.

• Distinctive skills in creating requirements and QA/testing documentation.

• Self-driven, proactive individual with the ability to operate independently.
