Business Analyst in Cincinnati, Ohio

Concentrix CVG Customer Management Group Inc., Cincinnati OH, has multiple openings for the position of Business Analyst. Work will be performed in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Travel and/or relocation is required. Telecommuting may be permitted.

The Business Analyst will evaluate business problems and potential for automated solutions. Assist in identifying, evaluating and specification development for systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet requirements. Execute unit, integration and acceptance testing for systems that meet business needs. Analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Identify gaps and provide technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scales new and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost-effective manner. Configure system settings and options; plan and execute unit, integration and acceptance testing to meet business requirements. Design details of automated systems.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or any technical/analytical field that is closely related to the specialty, plus 5 (five) years of experience in the same or similar IT/Computer-related field. Permanent U.S. work authorization is required for this position (no visa sponsorship available).
