Job Title: Business Analyst – PSG Quality IT Department (Mini BP and AI Lead)

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Business Analyst III to join our PSG IT Quality Department. This role will function as a mini Business Partner (BP) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Lead, driving the integration of cutting-edge technologies and process improvements to enhance our quality assurance capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process optimization, AI integration, and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Process Optimization:

• Conduct thorough analysis of current quality assurance processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

• Develop and implement strategies to streamline and automate processes, reducing operational costs and increasing productivity.

AI Integration:

• Develop a strategic plan for integrating AI into quality assurance processes.

• Design and deploy machine learning models to predict and identify potential quality issues.

• Evaluate and recommend AI technologies to enhance the department’s capabilities.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

• Utilize advanced data analytics to gather insights from quality data and provide actionable recommendations.

• Create comprehensive reports and dashboards that highlight key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and areas for improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Engage with stakeholders across various departments to ensure alignment of quality initiatives with organizational goals and customer expectations.

• Provide training and support to team members on new technologies and processes, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Demonstrated ability in business analysis, with a focus on process optimization and AI integration.

• Strong knowledge of business process management, automation tools, and AI technologies.

• Proficient in data analytics and reporting tools.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a related field or work equivilent experience.

• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP).

• Experience with machine learning models and AI tools.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.

• Experience in the IT or quality assurance industry.
