Business Analyst in Denver, Colorado

Description We are seeking a Business Analyst for a short term contract role in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry based in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will be expected to contribute to the resolution of complex business issues, improve our business processes, and support our accounting operations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct analysis on business process functions to identify areas for improvement

• Work closely with various teams to understand and document business requirements

• Utilize knowledge of Workday ERP, Accounting Systems, and General Ledger System to optimize business operations

• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis as required to support decision-making

• Actively participate in the Agile development process, including the usage of tools such as Atlassian Jira

• Perform gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement or management control of work flow

• Create and maintain process documentation to ensure efficiency and consistency in operations

• Apply knowledge of Database and EO/IR systems to support business operations

• Conduct AB Testing and use Informatica to support business decisions and strategies. Requirements • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the real estate property or facilities management industry

• Demonstrable knowledge of business process functions within the real estate sector

• Competence in accounting operations and general ledger systems

• Proficiency in using Workday ERP and other relevant accounting systems

• Strong skills in business analysis and ad hoc financial analysis

• Excellent ability in process documentation

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate Management or related field is preferred

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
