The Business Analyst (BA) is an individual contributor level position responsible for working closely with a diverse group of cross-functional partners to deliver an exceptional digital and ecommerce customer experience, aligned with business goals and objectives. The BA is responsible for supporting all day to-day facets for their respective digital product area (concept to delivery) spanning highly complex and integrated digital product delivery including creative, business, and technical requirements, product scoping, quality assurance and compliance with established standards, and post-release support. The BA has a passion for the customer, a strong technical understanding of their digital product, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
This is an in-person role based in Doral, FL.
Responsibilities
Manage product lifecycle for assigned products with the direction of the Product Owner
Partner with Product Owner to determine key product features that achieve business objectives
Gather and write user stories and acceptance criteria based on stakeholder needs
Maintain industry knowledge and insight to inform product roadmap
Identify dependencies and impacts to other areas of the product when working through requirements
Proxy for Product Owner when they are unavailable
Coordinates and helps to perform UAT with an eye for customer experience
Create materials and train internal customers on new features
Manage 3rd party solutions to build and maximize product capabilities
Execute AB tests and analyze findings in conjunction with the Product Owner
Set-up data for lower-level environments in support of Development Team
Point of contact for Development Team when requirement questions arise
Analyze support issues to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Qualifications
4+ of Product Management, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role experience; 3+ years digital experience
Strong technical understanding, ability to translate to non-technical partners Organized with strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Agile SDLC experience
Jira and/or Confluence experience
Enterprise e-commerce platform experience
AB testing and Analytics platform experience
Search Engine and Content Management engine experience
Customer Review and Customer Relations Management platform experience
Commerce Tools, Algolia, Contentful, Yotpo, and Amarsys experience
Experience partnering with and managing 3rd party vendors
General business and financial acumen
Experience in fast-paced retail and e-commerce environment
High curiosity, problem-solving, and learning orientation Diverse work experience and background
Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field.
