Business Analyst
Title – Business Analyst
Location – Tampa FL (Hybrid)
Duration – Fulltime
Key Responsibilities
Good knowledge on Banking products Knowledge on products such as Mortgages Deposits Trading Securities Debt Derivatives Margin Collateral Management would be desirable
Should be capable of engaging with business stakeholders capturing granular level business details underlying data and processing rules and develop subject matter expertise of the applications
Able to document and understand information from multiple data sources
Drive discussions with business users stakeholders technology teams
Providing support during and post implementation phase of various projects
Required Skills
Experience 6 years of total experience as Business Analysis in Capital Markets.
Experience in working with Banking Lending applications.
Experience in working with Credit Risk Regulatory initiatives like BASEL CCAR Stress Testing or similar Dealing with and supporting users on BAU prod issues
Rich in Banking Domain experience
Experience in Capital Markets as a business Analyst with exposure to regulations such has CCAR reporting Basel II III or similar regulatory or compliance projects
Excellent analytical problem solving skills
Experience in preparation of business requirement documents BRD functional requirements FRD use cases process flows and maintaining requirements traceability matrix
Excellent skills for excel macros
Experience in test strategy preparation of test scenarios defects triaging and co ordination with QA team
Exposure to various SDLC methodologies
Lead the definition of problem statements user stories and acceptance criteria.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Good to have SQL querying ability Tools MS Word Excel Power Point Visio MS Project JIRA Confluence and SharePoint.
Experience in Python would be an added advantage
