We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in improving our business operations by providing invaluable insights and proposing optimized solutions to business problems.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and uncover areas for improvement.

• Work closely with stakeholders and relevant departments in defining and writing detailed business requirements, functional requirements and design specifications.

• Perform financial and operational modelling on an ongoing basis to optimize business processes and strategic decisions.

• Use data to understand business patterns, trends, and suggest relevant business strategies.

• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of insights, analyses, and outcomes.

• Interpret trends and make appropriate suggestions or predictions based on analyzed data.

• Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.

• Effectively communicate your findings and insights to technical and non-technical team members.

• Conduct and coordinate User Acceptance Testing.

• A bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or an MBA.

• A minimum of 2 years experience in business analysis or a related field.

• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.

• Advanced technical skills.

• Excellent documentation skills.

• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.

• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

• Understanding of systems engineering concepts.

• The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred:

• Certification of Competency in Business Analysis or Certified Business Analysis Professional.

• Experience in project management.
