Business Analyst in Hartford, Connecticut

Description

Our Connecticut client is in need of a Business Analyst for a 12 month project. The Business Analyst will help with project requirement gathering, testing and implementation related to ADP EV5.

Requirements • Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst or similar role

• Proficiency in the creation and management of Business Requirement Documents

• Familiarity with ADP Enterprise software

• Proven ability in Project Coordination

• Experience in developing and maintaining Project Specifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field

• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines

• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail

• Knowledge of business processes and structure

• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
