Business Analyst in Hartford, Connecticut

Overview:

Our direct client in Hartford County is hiring for a talented Business Analyst to join their dynamic team.

Description:

• Collaborate with Product Owners to schedule and facilitate business requirements gathering sessions with business groups on large, complex and/or strategic epics

• Conducting stakeholder interviews, requirements workshops, backlog refinement sessions, etc., in order to document requirements, validate existing requirements and create new user stories. This also includes statutory requirements.

• Identifying and build relationships with all necessary stakeholders for various projects. This may include Product Owners, Product Managers, IT team, etc.

• Support developers and testers through the prioritization of user stories. Mentors more junior business analysts and associate business analysts.

• Conduct requirements walkthrough with development and testing teams. Ensure clarification and understanding on all requirements and obtain sign-off.

• Review coverage of test conditions and prioritize test scenarios for QA team.
