Job Title: Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Location: Irvine, CA

Compensation: Base Salary: $103,000 – $140,000 per year, based on experience and skillset plus bonus and great benefits!

Summary: Join a growing innovative company in Irvine as a Senior BI Analyst. In this role you will lead data analysis, develop scalable dashboards, and provide insights through reporting to support business intelligence across all functions. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, and contractors to ensure high-quality data solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand data needs and advocate for technical solutions.

• Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in various business functions’ data and sources.

• Lead System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Develop automated dashboards and visualizations using enterprise reporting technologies (Tableau, PowerBI, SSRS).

• Analyze data relationships and maintain data governance processes.

• Provide end-user support and training on data tools and solutions.

• Maintain documentation and create training materials for business users.

• Manage product backlog and contribute to team improvement initiatives.

  Requirements

Must-Have Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data engineering, or analytics.

• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.

• Experience with enterprise reporting tools (Tableau, PowerBI, SSRS).

• Knowledge of dashboarding and data visualization techniques.

• Familiarity with RDBMS and Data Warehouse platforms (SQL Server, Oracle, AWS, Azure, Snowflake).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work in both traditional and agile project environments.

Nice-to-Have Requirements:

• Familiarity with CRM and ERP technologies (Salesforce, JDE, OneStream).

• Experience with real-time consumer insights tools for customer acquisition and marketing strategies.

• Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets for data presentation.
