Position Description:

Join our high-performing Global Banking team as a Business Analyst and Project Manager. In this dual role, you will drive solutions to enhance and optimize working capital for financial institutions and corporate clients worldwide.

Jersey City (Hybrid: 3 days/week in-office, no fully remote option)

Your future duties and responsibilities:

  • Identify and communicate key project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and oversee resolution.

  • Manage a diverse range of projects of varying sizes and complexities, ensuring high-quality outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.

  • Create detailed, high-quality project plans, including roadmaps, timelines, resource allocation, scope, schedules, assumptions, and dependencies.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

  • Extensive experience as a Business Analyst and Project Manager, particularly within Cash Management, Treasury, or Corporate Transaction domains in Global Banking.

  • 9-10 years of experience in Business Analysis and Project Management roles.

  • In-depth knowledge of USD Cash Management flows and end-to-end project execution.

  • Strong business domain knowledge in Treasury and Corporate Liquidity.

  • Good understanding of Global Trade Solutions in Transactional Banking.

  • Proficiency in business analysis, including the creation of formal Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Agile epics/stories, business process flows, and functional requirements for technology solutions.

  • Proven project management skills, with experience collaborating with Business, Operations, and IT teams.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead and facilitate remote, cross-functional, and cross-location meetings.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skills level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate for this type of position of the current range of $67,800 – $165,200
