The Client is looking for: Business Analyst 5

 

Duration: 1 year with desire for contractor to convert to fulltime with SOMI in 1-2 years. At the time of conversion, candidate must be authorized to work in the US without VISA sponsorship by the Client.

 

Hybrid: Local candidates only. Candidates must be located within 2 hours of Lansing, MI. NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION. Will need to be onsite from day 1, two days a week. Resource will be working a hybrid schedule. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are required onsite days.

Top Skills & Years of Experience:
• Knowledge of fundamental Project Management Methodology (PMM).
• Experience with MS Project or other project-tracking tools.
• Experience with .NET application development tools.
• Ability to gather and analyze facts, define problems, and devises solutions.
• Knowledge of compliance with ADA.

 

Business Analyst 5
The primary duty of this position is to act as a liaison among technical and business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to information systems, business processes, and policies, as applicable. Collaborating with both the Information Technology (IT) project teams and business clients, this position collects, clarifies, and translates business requirements into design documentation, from which applications and solutions are developed.

 

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the selection of strategies, policies, programs, and procedures for achieving the objectives and goals of the development needs.
• Provide research and input for the development of Statements of Work (SOW) and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for Requests for Proposals (RFP).
• Assist the Senior level with the Contract Change Notices (CNN). .
• Research and provide input in the creation of project plans, Client, and SEM documentation.
