Must-haves

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience within fast paced, ambiguous environments

• Hands on experience supporting users within Workfront, AEM Assets and/or Airtable

• Strong experience creating user stories from scratch

• Agile experience

• Project management/Technical background (they are a product org and will be working heavily with product owners/managers & engineers)

• Very strong communication, relationship building and documentation skills

Day-to-Day

Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst to join the Marketing Technology team and help bridge the gap between the engineering and business team and be able to assess and identify the problems they are trying to solve. They will be doing deep dive discovery and process gathering with the business to create processes that promote cross collaboration, keep the business from reinventing the wheel and help them explore/understand their business. This team owns the entire tech stack for all the Marketing LOB so that is who the target audience and the Product Managers are focused on the tools they are supporting that are supporting the Marketing Org. We are looking for someone who is passionate about process optimization with great documentation, research, and reporting skills.
