Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. As a Business Analyst , you will be part of the IT department supporting various business units. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Marietta, OH

Pay Range: $70,000 – $80,000

What’s the Job?

• Develop and maintain software applications to meet customer information requirements.

• Analyze operations and design computer programs to fulfill client needs.

• Provide technical support and assistance to business and operational users.

• Collaborate with business leaders to identify methods for performance improvement.

• Conduct training sessions and create user documentation for new or updated applications.

What’s Needed?

• A minimum of 3 years of related experience in a similar role.

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Working knowledge of relational database languages, including Oracle SQL and Microsoft SQL Server.

• Experience with web development tools such as PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
