We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in the Energy/Natural Resources industry. This role is based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and offers a short-term contract employment opportunity. As a Business Analyst, you will be primarily responsible for supporting the implementation of our new HCM system, coordinating with different business units, and ensuring efficient system enhancements.
Responsibilities:
• Act as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems as well as the enhancement of existing systems.
• Support, troubleshoot, and administer activities in SuccessFactors Employee Central & ADP GlobalView Payroll.
• Conduct mass imports, reporting, and testing in SuccessFactors Employee Central & ADP GlobalView Payroll.
• Collaborate with the Senior HRIS Analyst in support of the day-to-day activities.
• Evaluate new IT developments and evolving business requirements, and recommend appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems.
• Prepare communications and make presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives.
• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer credit records.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account status.
• Work under the direction of a project manager.
Requirements • Proficient in communication and coordination to effectively liaise between different business units.
• Experience in creating and presenting detailed reports and presentations to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of payroll processes and HRIS systems, specifically SAP SuccessFactors HCM and ADP Financial Services.
• Familiarity with workstation support and troubleshooting to ensure seamless technological operations.
• Track record in the successful implementation of system enhancements.
• Ability to draft comprehensive business requirement documents.
• Experience in performing AB testing to drive system improvements.
• Extensive knowledge of EO/IR systems.
• Proficiency in the use of HCM and Employee Central for efficient human resource management.
