Business Analyst in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Business Analyst in the Energy/Natural Resources industry. The position will be based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The role will involve critical functions such as auditing and enhancing our current ADP eTime systems and potentially transitioning to a new time system. The Business Analyst will act as a liaison between IT development groups and business units to ensure smooth implementation of new systems and enhancements of existing ones.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough audits of our current ADP eTime systems to identify areas for improvement

• Collaborate closely with IT development teams to facilitate the development and implementation of new systems

• Liaise with various business units to ensure their requirements are met by the new systems

• Evaluate new IT developments and evolving business requirements to recommend appropriate system alternatives or enhancements

• Prepare clear communications and deliver presentations on system enhancements and alternatives

• Monitor the process of transitioning from the ADP eTime systems to a new system, if necessary

• Utilize strong communication skills to effectively liaise between different teams and stakeholders

• Leverage knowledge of eTIME and EO/IR systems to optimize business operations

• Ensure all business unit requirements are documented accurately and comprehensively

• Travel occasionally as required to facilitate effective communication and implementation processes.

Requirements

• Knowledge of ADP – Financial Services will be required

• Familiarity with System Enhancements and ability to drive them effectively

• Proficiency in using eTIME for efficient time and labour management- This is a requirement also.

• Must possess strong communication skills for effective interaction with various business units and stakeholders

• Demonstrated ability to conduct audits and provide relevant recommendations

• Proficient in creating and delivering presentations to diverse audiences

• Familiarity with ‘About Time’ project management software or similar tools

• Experience in planning, coordinating, and overseeing the implementation of business strategies and processes

• Ability to serve as a liaison between different departments and external parties

• Willingness to travel as per business needs

• Proven experience in creating comprehensive Business Requirement Documents

• Ability to work collaboratively with various business units for achieving organizational goals

• Experience in identifying opportunities for business enhancement and implementing necessary changes

• Experience with EO/IR systems and their application in the energy/natural resources industry will be beneficial.
