The Business Analyst will be responsible for providing business analysis support to CAI customers on small to medium projects.
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our IT team. This position will be full-time, hybrid, and is a contract position, renewed semi annually.
4 days onsite, Friday remote

What You’ll Do

Analyze and document current business processes

Work directly with customers to understand business needs

Support creation and management of business epics and stories to communicate and translate business needs to software development teams

Work with IT and business leadership to understand and align on priorities

Coordinate with IT Software Engineering to create or update software based on those needs
-
Oversee implementation projects from beginning to completion

Train company employees on how to use the software effectively in their daily jobs

Create and present reports to executive team members and stakeholders

Use a variety of data analysis and organization tools to discover the most impactful insights
What You’ll Need
Required

Experience with Business writing

Atlassian/Jira/Confluence

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Workflow analysis and modeling

Drawing tools (Visio, Draw.io)

Knowledge of Air Reservation products and services

BA or BS in Business, Information Technology, Math, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar
Desired Skills
- Sabre Red experience
Physical Demands

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc

Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
