Business Analyst in New York, New York

Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Business Analyst in the Financial Services industry, based in New York, New York, United States. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in scoping systems, gathering and managing project requirements, and translating business needs to technical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and manage customer credit applications

• Maintain precise records of customer credit

• Proactively monitor customer accounts and take necessary action

• Take a lead role in reviewing project requirements

• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of analysis or domain models for project requirements

• Ensure timely delivery of project tasks and milestones, managing scope adjustments when needed

• Foster strong relationships with customers and suppliers

• Collaborate with project designers and architects to ensure designs align with project requirements

• Work closely with the test team to ensure tests adequately cover the requirements

• Run User Acceptance tests

• Create, analyze, and validate detailed functional specifications

• Deliver elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes, and other detailed deliverables

• Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements. Requirements • Possession of a degree in Computer Sciences or a related field

• Proven experience in Business Analysis within the Financial Services industry

• Expertise in Design and Specification of business requirements

• Strong skills in Configuration Management

• Ability to handle Technical Issues related to business modules

• Track record of delivering high-quality deliverables on time

• Proficiency in creating Business Requirement Documents

• Experience in developing and executing Validation Plans

• Capability to manage project Milestones and Triggers effectively

• Demonstrated expertise in Time Delivery management

• Experience in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Proficiency in managing Data Migration processes

• Skills in creating and interpreting Wireframes

• Knowledge of ITIL Processes

• Proven experience in Project Documentation

• Ability to define and implement Business Rules

• Expertise in translating business needs into technical requirements

• Experience in Supplier Relationship Management

• Familiarity with BusinessObjects Technologies

• Knowledge of User Exits in business processes
