Job Description
The Business Analyst will work closely with banking customers to gather and analyze their needs, assist in developing business requirements, and contribute to effective solutions. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with a foundational understanding of banking processes and strong analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with banking customers to gather and document business requirements.
• Assist in analyzing existing banking processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Support the development of project plans and timelines.
• Conduct basic gap analysis to help identify necessary changes to systems and processes.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Participate in meetings and workshops with clients and internal teams.
• Support the implementation of new banking systems and processes.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to management.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
• Approximately 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
• Basic understanding of banking operations and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.

Salary range: $60,000-$70,000 USD
