Business Analyst in Newark, Delaware

Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Business Analyst in Newark, Delaware. This role is a part of the industry, where you will be responsible for the analysis and design of business systems, capturing business requirements, and ensuring their implementation. As a Business Analyst, you will be playing a crucial role in liaising between business user groups and technical systems groups.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing and designing business systems in accordance with the needs of the assigned customer group.

• Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of the needs of the assigned customer group from both business and technical perspectives.

• Working closely with clients and other system groups to capture and document business requirements.

• Ensuring the successful implementation of the captured business requirements.

• Developing and executing systems testing to ensure the functionality and efficiency of the business systems.

• Acting as a liaison between the business user groups and the technical systems groups to facilitate effective communication and coordination.

• Reviewing reports and communicating with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.

• Managing projects to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within the set guidelines.

• Implementing ‘AB Testing’ for business systems to optimize their performance.

• Ensuring the accurate documentation of business requirements for future reference and evaluation. Requirements • Proficient in communication skills to effectively liaise with different teams and stakeholders.

• Ability to review business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement.

• Demonstrated experience in designing business systems and processes.

• Strong project management skills to oversee the implementation of new initiatives.

• Experience in implementing business systems and processes.

• Ability to act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams.

• Demonstrated ability to execute projects on time and within budget.

• Proficient in creating and managing Business Requirement Documents.

• Strong ability to capture business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

• Experience with AB Testing to evaluate system modifications.

• Knowledge of various business systems and their application in different business scenarios.
