Job Description: ​​We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the Following: · Analyze business processes and recommend improvements aligned with CMP goals. · Document requirements and translate them into technical specifications. · Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders. · Ensure project milestones align with operational objectives and end-user needs. Qualifications: · 3- years in business analysis, preferably in DoD or Navy environments. · Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and CMP-specific workflows. · Strong analytical and documentation skills.
