Business Analyst in Ocoee, Florida

Description We are in need of a Business Analyst to join our team located in Ocoee, Florida. This role focuses on improving and aligning our financial operations with system requirements. As a Business Analyst, you will be tasked with developing and maintaining process maps, optimizing financial processes, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data. This role offers an exciting long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed process maps of financial operations, identifying areas for improvement and alignment with system requirements.

• Lead the optimization of financial processes.

• Conduct comprehensive analysis and reconciliation of Chart of Accounts (COA) to align with system requirements.

• Oversee the migration of financial data to new systems, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.

• Develop and implement new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for financial operations.

• Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and data accuracy.

• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful transition.

• Utilize tools such as Atlassian Jira, CRM, Gap Analysis, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Agile Scrum, Business Process Functions, Business Requirement Document, Claim Administration, and Power Query to perform responsibilities. Requirements • Possess proficiency in Atlassian Jira

• Demonstrate experience with CRM systems

• Exhibit capability in Gap Analysis

• Show advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Have experience with Agile Scrum methodologies

• Understand Business Process Functions

• Can create and manage Business Requirement Documents

• Experience in Claim Administration is a plus

• Proficiency in Power Query is desirable.
