Business Analyst in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

We are offering an opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role involves transforming data into insights that drive business value. Using data analytics tools, you will create and maintain databases, and use predictive analytics to make projections. As a Business Analyst, you will also be expected to use data visualization strategies to represent data for business use.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize ERP HR and Finance systems, Oracle preferred, to analyze and interpret technical data.

• Participate in the implementation of HR systems or modules to enhance business functionality and efficiency.

• Employ report writing skills and data visualization strategies to create dashboards, aiding in the storytelling of data.

• Provide solutions using Power BI data modeling to address business issues.

• Leverage software skills across multiple devices to communicate, create, and access information.

• Utilize Atlassian Jira, Database, EO/IR systems, Gap Analysis, Informatica, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Business Process Functions, and Business Requirement Document in daily tasks.

• Leverage design skills to improve usability and user experience in systems and processes.

• Conduct business process analysis and identify key issues, gaps, and needs for an existing business.

• Document business requirements for technology development and enhancements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Requirements • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role

• Demonstrated proficiency in Atlassian Jira

• Solid understanding of Database management

• Experience with EO/IR systems

• Proficiency in Gap Analysis

• Experience with Informatica is desirable

• Competency in AB Testing and Agile Scrum methodologies

• Familiarity with Business Process Functions

• Ability to create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents

• Experience in Design

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
