What You will Do

The Business Analyst Assistant supports the EMEA Senior Business Analyst with diverse assigned tasks as necessary. These tasks may vary and might include triaging EMEA Sales teams’ requests reaching EMEA Senior Business Analyst, validating customers’ business information, and creating contractual documentation using EMEA Senior Business Analyst’s instructions and guidance.

Among your daily tasks, you will be:

  • Working with senior Tier 1 on management EMEA Tier 1 Requests.

  • Reviewing new tickets created on daily basis.

  • Working with Deal Management Team for assignment of tasks and/or drafting.

  • Liaising with Tier 1 for approvals escalations.

Required Skills/Experience

What You’ll Bring

  • Basic knowledge of drafting and structure of contracts ideally in traditional Software or Cloud Services.

  • Ability to read and understand legal text and follow related instructions within those.

  • Experience with legal and commercial processes.

  • Experience communicating legal/commercial terms to Customers internally and externally.

  • Contract Negotiation experience- big advantage.

  • Able to articulate doubts, queries, and concerns to the EMEA Senior Business Analyst when unsure how to proceed with an assigned task.

  • Patient and cooperative personality. Team player.

  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Able to manage tasks and workload effectively.

  • Able to understand complex processes quickly.

  • Strong ethics

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English
