Responsibilities:

• Completing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for letters/materials project. Ensuring requirements are met and approved.

• Complete project tasks related to the maintenance and monitoring of member and provider determination letters

• Build letter requirements for template updates/implementation.

• The day to day tasks is not the same as a Data Analyst. The position is more aligned with business functions/reviews.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. 2+ years of business process analysis, preferably healthcare (i.e. documenting business process, gathering requirements) or claims payment/analysis experience. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications, including Excel and Access. Knowledge of managed care information systems and materials/letters configuration.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications, including Excel and Access.

• Experience with developing documentation for business work processes, process flows and call flows and provide subsequent training, if necessary.

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience OR 4 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications, including Excel and Access.

Preferred Skills/ Experience:

• Project management experience preferred.

• 4+ years of business process and analysis experience
