Job Description
Are you a dynamic Integration Systems Analyst who thrives on connecting business and technology? What You’ll Do
Drive collaboration with stakeholders to capture and document requirements aligned with business goals
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements and technical specifications
Develop process maps detailing data flows and business logic
Lead engaging requirements gathering sessions to ensure all business needs are understood
Transform complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications
Design and execute robust test plans for system integrations
Identify and document process improvements to boost efficiency
Manage project timelines and deliver regular status updates
Investigate and resolve integration challenges, partnering with technical teams to implement solutions
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Proven track record as an Analyst in software development or system integration
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
Expertise in requirements gathering techniques and documentation tools
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management software
Ability to grasp and document complex business processes and technical systems
Strong organizational skills and capacity to juggle multiple projects
Understanding of integration concepts, including APIs, authentication, and data mapping
Experience designing and executing integration tests
Workday experience (HCM, Recruiting, Time and Absence, Comp/Advanced Comp, Talent, Staffing) is a plus
