Business Analyst in West Des Moines, Iowa

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst to work for a major Financial client in Des Moines, IA. This candidate will work with two separate Scrum teams to analyze Life Insurance compliance and tax reporting business requirements for delivery to internal and external stakeholders. They will work with product owners and business subject matter experts to elicit business requirements and translate business requirements into technical requirements as well as facilitate story mapping and backlog refinement sessions.

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

• Experience writing user stories

• Backlog Management

• Azure Devops experience

• Knowledge of and experience with CyberLife – IRS tax experience

• Annuities products
