Business Analyst in White Plains, New York

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Business Analyst in WHITE PLAINS, New York. This role will primarily focus on collaborating with various teams to provide subject matter expertise, improve the quality of data, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities. The chosen candidate will be working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with both internal and external teams to leverage out of the box functionality and resolve issues.

• Act as a subject matter expert for development and testing teams, providing guidance and insights.

• Play a pivotal role in the planning and development of UAT activities, including the creation of test plans and scripts.

• Facilitate the UAT execution phase in collaboration with business leads and project managers to achieve user acceptance test signoff.

• Proactively work towards the resolution of data quality problems by identifying, assessing, fixing, documenting, and communicating data issues.

• Interact with business users to resolve data quality problems using techniques such as root cause analysis.

• Take part in the collection of user requirements to ensure the development of efficient solutions.

• Utilize skills in Ad Hoc Reporting, AD Networks, Ad Platforms, and Adobe Analytics to enhance business processes and decision making. Requirements • Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a Business Analyst role

• Proven ability in Ad Hoc Reporting

• Experience with AD Networks and Ad Platforms

• Proficiency in Adobe Analytics

• Demonstrated ability to analyze business processes and workflows

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
