Business Developer in Dayton, Ohio

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Business Developer to join our client’s dynamic team. This is a direct hire opportunity, and in this role you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, primarily through business-to-business sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and project management, with the ability to cultivate relationships and effectively manage client expectations.

Key Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

· Learning the product and service line to obtain better organizational brand recognition and financial growth.

· Coordinate with company executives and sales/marketing professionals.

· Review current market trends and propose new business ideas to improve revenue.

· Prepare and analyze data and figures.

You must meet these minimum requirements to be considered for this Business Developer position:

· Proven business-to-business sales experience.

· Demonstrate the ability to achieve sales goals.

· Experience in project management and industrial technology preferred.

· Musts have excellent communication, prioritization, and organization skills.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word

· Must be career-minded, goal oriented, and self-driven
