Business Development Coordinator for Small and Friendly Design Consultancy in East LondonPermanentSalary Guide: £30,000 – £35,000 A friendly design consultancy that work across architecture and interior design is looking for a Business Development Coordinator to join their friendly team in East London.Responsibilities for this Business Development Role

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Assist in the creation and submission of proposals, presentations, and pitches to secure new projects.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, and potential markets to inform business strategy.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and social media content aimed at attracting clients.
• Organise and attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the firm’s services and expand its client base.
• Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with client interactions, project leads, and follow-up activities.
• Track and report on sales performance, including pipeline updates, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to active project.
• Work closely with design teams to align business development strategies with the firm’s design capabilities and project goals.

Skills Necessary for this Business Development Role

• Knowledge of Indesign
• Knowledge of HubSpot CRM and Apollo
• Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as verbal and written communication
