As a Business Development/Sales Representative with a leading manufacturing company, you will be responsible for full cycle account management. This includes overseeing everything from initial sales to order entry, follow-up, and purchase order processing. You will leverage your technical or similar background and industry experience to engage with new and exisiting business-to-business (B2B) clients, driving the company’s commitment to quality and innovation, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs. This role provides a range of benefits/perks as well as montly commission/bonus based on department profitability and end of year bonuses.

salary: $70,000 – $72,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within various industries.

• Manage full cycle account responsibilities, including sales, order entry, follow-up, and PO processing.

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and vendors.

• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.

• Interdepartmental collaboration to develop strategies for growth and profitability.

• Participate in trade shows and client site visits (minimal travel, approximately once a quarter).

• Provide support and guidance to clients as needed.

• Utilize various B2B sales avenues to increase market share and grow profitability.
