Our careers are as unique as you are.We are looking for a Business Development Manager to take full ownership of managing some of our major corporate accounts. You will take complete control of our customers and be responsible for every aspect of the client (right from design through to implementation and management). This role will focus on taking new client SFP wins from our sales team, selling in new services like Prime international, and supporting the wider account management function with special knowledge on Amazon Prime.Evri is leading the way in creating responsible delivery experiences for everyone, everywhere, and that’s how we approach our talent development.   • Management and retention of Evri’s SFP / Prime client corporate portfolio
  • Manage the full end-to-end process with our customers (Amazon EAD metric’s etc…)
  • Drive service performance and enhance margins (sell in SFP international / pass through pricing etc…)
  • Robust contract management
  • Maintain and manage cash-flow
  • Liaising with Operational Management to recommend workable solutions to service level recovery programmes and new initiatives (service improvement, corrective measures, ad-hoc solution design)
  • Analyse and implement change through our business and our customers’ business
  • Drive margin improvement through strong commercial acumen

To be successful in this role you will require the following…

  • Previous experience in an account management role
  • Retail/ecommerce/ logistics/parcel/technology background
  • Experience of operational cost, commercial profitability and P&L
  • Strong presentation skills and business acumen
  • Experience of procurement and tender processes
  • Knowledge of Amazon business would be useful, particularly FBA / SFP / MFN
  • Full Driving licence (agile role will require significant travel, often working unsociable hours)
  • A key account management or sales qualification would be beneficial
  • Degree level educated would be advantageous but is not essential
  • Possessing industry knowledge and experience of the B2C home shopping (desirable, not essential)
