work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM

Responsibilities

Leadership:

  • Develop plans with executive management to enhance profitability and efficiency.

  • Lead a local management team to achieve goals.

  • Ensure proper use of communication and technology resources.

  • Foster collaboration among departments.

  • Monitor and evaluate business performance.

  • Address critical issues with the CEO.

Business Administration:

  • Propose process improvements.

  • Prepare regular reports for upper management.

  • Maintain and communicate company policies.

  • Manage business service agreements and documents.

  • Coordinate with Marketing for trade show documents.

  • Complete audits and census documents on time.

HR Administration:

  • Oversee recruitment and employee relations.

  • Supervise staff performance.

  • Ensure accuracy of clerical and personnel records.

  • Liaise with LBMC Employment Partners, LLC and workers comp.

Finance Administration Support:

  • Support remote accounting team.

  • Review and approve customer credit applications.

  • Administer the 401K Plan.

  • Maintain plan records and assist employees.

Customer/Vendor Support:

  • Optimize customer service functions.

  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Training.

  • Maintain and distribute customer price lists.

  • Adjust customer terms and credit limits.

  • Provide COIs through insurance providers.

The essential functions of this role include:

  • working in a smoke free environment

  • wearing steel toe shoes
