We want whoever we hire to be passionate about this area, as it’s a big part of our brand story.The Business Ops Projects Manager Opportunity:We are seeking a motivated and adaptable “Scrum Master” to fill the role of Business Ops Projects Manager. Reporting directly to the Managing Director (with project specific reporting directly to Project Owners), you will be responsible for managing day-to-day tasks across multiple teams (Sales, Marketing, New Product Development, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, IT), while also leading project initiatives from planning to execution.You will blend agile methodologies with traditional project management approaches to ensure efficient operations and timely project completion. While many projects will be of an IT or data nature, other projects may be more general and/or strategic in nature, for example New Product Development and exploring/entering new markets etc.Key Responsibilities:+ Implementing and maintaining the use of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS project) to track work, manage priorities, and ensure visibility across departments
+ Partnering with team leads to define project goals, key deliverables, risks, and timelines, translating these into clear objectives within the project management platform
+ Proactively communicating with all stakeholders on the status of projects and priority levels
+ Conducting regular stand-ups with each team, ensuring that work is on track and documented for real-time updates on project statuses
+ Identifying process bottlenecks and suggesting/implementing improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
+ Overseeing and leading selected projects with external partners, particularly in IT and NPD, ensuring clear communication, adherence to timelines, and alignment with company prioritiesAbout You:+ Minimum of 5 years+ experience in project management in an IT, Retail or Consumer Goods company
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
+ PRINCE 2 Certified (Practitioner level) or PMP qualification (PMI certified) essential
+ Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project etc.)
+ Familiarity with both agile methodologies and traditional project management techniques
+ Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
+ Strong communication and leadership skills to drive cross-team collaboration and foster a culture of accountability. We are an informal and innovative company, and you will need to be able to persuade and bring people along with you
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
