  • Collaborate with IT and operational teams to design and implement optimized processes.
  • Use data analysis and modeling to support recommendations and decision-making.
  • Ensure alignment between IT solutions and business objectives.
  • Provide training and support to stakeholders on new processes and systems.
  • Monitor performance metrics to ensure the ongoing success of process improvements.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst, preferably within IT.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficient in process modeling tools and methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Knowledge of IT systems and their integration with business operations.
  • Experience in the electrical wholesale or retail industry is a plus.
