Additionally, calculates monthly commission schemes and monitors the team’s performance.Responsibilities:

• Develop & implement sales strategies to effectively promote services, expand the customer base, and increase sales revenue.
• Setting sales goals for the team members.
• Team Management which involves recruiting, training, and managing a team of sales representatives.
• Monitor the performance of individual team members as well as overall sales performance against targets.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics
• Manage team sales pipelines effectively.
• Attending business events & handling the key customer visits.

Requirements:

• Have a proven experience of 3 years as a Sales Manager.
• Coming from a Call Center background is a MUST.
• Experience in global markets such as (US – UK – Canada – UAE) is a MUST.
• Experience in the African market is a plus.
• MBA holder or having certificates in sales.
• Excellent up to Fluent in English is a MUST.
• Familiarity with CRM systems & sales software.
