Job Title: Call Centre – Night Shift
Location: BoyleSports; Dundalk (HQ)
Work Schedule: Rotational including weekends 22:00 – 08:00 (10 hour shifts).The Role:To provide a friendly and efficient phone service to all BoyleSports customers.Key Responsibilities (Main Duties):Fon-A-Bet duties
- Provide a friendly and efficient bet placement service to BoyleSports customers.
- Provide support & assistance to online customers.
- Process all customer requests that require additional administration duties.
Meet organisational objectives
- Play a critical role in the delivery of the organisations objective of being customer service focused.
- Provide frontline support to all of our customers both internally & externally.
- Provide support to marketing campaigns.
Performance measurements
- Meet and exceed performance standards set out in the call monitoring process.
- Demonstrate commitment through punctuality and attendance.
Training
- Undertake to learn new skills and knowledge as your job requires.
- Take an interest in sporting events.
BoyleSports Call Centre agents must have:
- Excellent telephone manner.
- An ability to demonstrate patience and enthusiasm with BoyleSports customers.
- Aptitude to deliver a customer focussed service.
- Enthusiasm and self-motivation.
- A logical and accurate approach to work and the ability to learn new skills quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- PC skills including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint are desirable but not mandatory.
