Join us and do your life’s best work.This role will be responsible for working closely with the UHC Payment Integrity Business Transformation Team to support the successful development and execution of strategic projects and initiatives that are aligned with our capital investment process. The individual in this role will have the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, cross functional teams and stakeholders across the organization and will play a pivotal role in driving the development of business capabilities, managing resources and ensuring the timely and effective delivery of key strategic projects.This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the organization’s strategic growth initiatives while managing resources within a defined capital budget. • Capture, analyze, organize, and prioritize business requirements for moderately complex technical projects.
• Documents and translates business requirements into Capabilities and assist in the development of Features.
• Collaborates with Solution Architects, System Analysts and Development teams to identify solutions to meet business requirements.
• Provide explanations and information to Agile teams, stakeholders, managers.
• Prepares and presents information to leadership for next steps and decision making.
• Actively participate in Agile team processes and help implement process changes related to Agile.
• Represents business interests and requirements on the scrum teams.
• Lead, Build and maintain a backlog/inventory of system and business requirements to quickly react to additional enhancement capacity.
• Provides direction to business analysts and IT resources within the Agile team to ensure highest value is delivered.
• Mitigates, manages, and resolves risks and issues associated with capability delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated relevant experience as Business Analyst or Product Owner within medical claims or payment operations.
• Demonstrated relevant experience as Business Analyst or Product Owner within medical claims or payment operations.
• Experience with implementing software or from ideation / requirements through to successful delivery.
• Demonstrated experience in gathering and evaluating requirements and translating business requirements.
• Intermediate level of experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Visio)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing business partners in a matrix organization.
• Experience working directly with senior level business stakeholders.
• Experience with US Healthcare
• Experience with Financial Analysis and Budget Control

Desirable Soft skill:

• Highly collaborative individual with ability to influence others and build strong stakeholder relationships internally, as well as externally.
• Solid working knowledge of how to execute on project deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to develop solid networks and ensure collaboration and consensus building.
• An ability to communicate complex and technical issues to diverse audiences.
• Self-directed and able to drive detailed solutions to completion with minimal oversight.
