Various Contracts Available in GalwaySalary €26,295 – €40,009The Role:

• Responsible for the wellbeing of service users in the care of Ability West.
• Participate in the monitoring and recording of the progress of service users in line with agreed procedures.
• Work positively and constructively with service users who present with behaviours that challenge.
• Support the Person in Charge in providing a high-quality service.

Essential Criteria:

• Level 5 healthcare qualification
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Motivated, energetic and enthusiastic personality.
• An ability to advocate on behalf of service users.

• Full current driving license.
