We’re looking for hardworking individuals who are dedicated to enhancing the wellbeing of our customers.What You’ll Do: As a Carecall Officer (CCO), you’ll manage a patch of 200 customers. This includes keeping all customer records accurate and up-to-date by regularly contacting them and building relationships with your customers and their families.Your daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Answering calls and handling call-center type queries related to customer wellbeing.
- Visiting customers in their homes and installing simple equipment (full training provided).
- Providing compassionate and empathetic care for our customers’ overall wellbeing.
