Role: CCTV and Alarm Security Strategic Sales Manager
Location: Kildare
Job Type: Permanent – Full time
Salary: €55,000 – €60,000 plus Uncapped CommissionAt Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Strategic Sales Manager with experience in the Security industry to join our client’s growing team based in Kildare. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Security Sales Manager who has experienc in selling CCTV and Alarm system ti B2B customers to make a real impact in an established security company.What’s on Offer:

Your new role includes:

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting corporate clients with complex security needs.
• Identify and engage new business opportunities across multiple industries.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives, security heads, and procurement leaders.
• Design bespoke security solutions aligned with client risk profiles and compliance standards.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle including proposals, tenders, negotiations, and account management.
• Representation at industry events, security forums, and networking engagements.

Experience you need:

• 5+ years in B2B solution sales, ideally within the security industry.
• Proven track record of selling to corporate clients and closing high-value deals.
• Experience with enterprise-level security systems: access control, CCTV, fire/intrusion systems.
• Strong consultative sales skills, including solution design and RFP/tender processes.
• Established network of security decision-makers across Ireland desirable.
• Comfortable with regular travel to client sites and industry events.
