There is a need from customers for various loan and credit products – be it Home Loans, LAP, Car Loans, SME Loans & Working Capital, Business & Personal Loans, Credit Cards & Consumption Finance products and even Agri, Tractor and Gold Loans.

Branches are our biggest strength & now with specific focus on Prime, Growth, Emerging markets, these are exciting times to accelerate our journey of ensuring all our customers have one asset/multiple asset products. This is the time for exponential growth (and not incremental growth) on offering asset products to our customers 

With this view, we are looking at Dynamic, Data Driven and Effective Communicator/go-getters to work on the Asset Xsell agenda for the market segments (either Prime, Growth or Emerging, Priority/Wealth etc). The Xsell products will encompass all the Household & Business Banking asset products of the Bank.

The National Channel Manager Asset Xsell will have the following responsibilities:

• Ensure Leads from Channel on ALL Asset products 
• Identify Opportunities for scaling up Xsell in respective markets 
• Work closely with the RBM’s, Area Managers, Branch Managers & Regional Xsell Managers to scale on “input” parameters – be it Branch activation across products (or) RM activation
• Work with respective Asset product/business teams to scale business from the channel. Launch and execute channel campaigns 
• Leverage CRM and other tech platforms for leads

2. Very good with Data and numbers – both on analyzing it, and using data to execute plans 
3. Ability to work with Cross Functional Teams and multi-task
4. Understanding of both the Branch channel and Assets will be an added advantage 
5. Effective communicator
6. Ability to dream big and then focus on execution to make it happen
