As part of a dedicated brigade you will be assist the Head Chef in preparing high end fine dining for lunch and dinner service. This is an excellent career opportunity for a chef to learn and work in an award winning kitchen.Salary & Benefits

- 3 nights off per week
The Role
- Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
- Working in the kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients
- Preparing meals for lunch and dinner service
The Person
- You will already be a Chef de Partie or Commis/ Demi wanting to move up
- Able to work unsupervised and passionate about a career in a kitchen
- Have experience of working in AA rosette standard restaurant kitchens
- Looking to learn and train in fine dining kitchen
