Provide comprehensive social work assessments and interventions for adults with complex needs.
Prepare statements for the Court of Protection, drawing upon previous experience and knowledge of legal processes.
Collaborate with colleagues from the Integrated Care Board (ICB), healthcare providers, and other statutory agencies to develop holistic support plans.Requirements:
Previous experience working with adults with learning disabilities, mental health issues, and/or neurodiversity.
Sound knowledge and experience of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act (MCA), and legal processes.
Ability to work effectively within a multi-agency framework to support individuals in challenging situations.How to Apply:
