Major Duties

Oversees bundled services & wireless businesses in OCONUS-contingency, Europe and PAC. Provides input into development of regional EOP including strategic, operation goals and business plans.

Ensures proper communication to field regarding BPM’s & KO assignments & roles. Identifies new business opportunities & requirements. Applies in-depth understanding of telecom business.

Advises and supports telecom management with critical business items. Serves as project manager for special projects (may include policy & legislation, major service issues).

Develops standard procedure for handling product/service issues within each region.

Performs other duties as assigned.
