What will you do & what will you need?You’ll play a vital role in making sure our stock is where it needs to be, on time. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that products are transported via single or double-deck trailers between our depots, warehouses and our customers safely whilst adhering to our Health & Safety regulations at all times. Your duties also involve tipping the vehicle, taking products off the trailer in cages or trays and into the Stores, and of course some manual handling. This is a hands-on job, with plenty of responsibility. You’ll be out on the road but also working closely with colleagues and representing Gist to everyone you meetYou’ll hold a class 1 licence with at least 18 months Class 1 driving experience. A maximum of 6 endorsements with no accidents in the last 12 months and no points for drinking or consuming illegal substances while driving.
